2025
LAUNCH OF THE CONTINUOUS STUFFING MACHINE
With the S7 CPLS 32 4.0 – Continuous Tamping Robot 4.0, we are introducing our first continuous-operation double-sleeper tamping machine for main lines and points.
In the same year, a new warehouse with a floor area of 810 m² was added, and the total production area was expanded to 4,908 m².

PRESENTATION OF THE INNOVATIVE S7 GRAVEL GRADING CONCEPT AT TRA DUBLIN
At the Transport Research Arena (TRA) in Dublin, the prototype of the newly developed S7 ballast levelling robot, the S7 HSP 4.0, will be unveiled to the public for the first time – marking another milestone in the development of modern track construction technology.
In addition, steadily rising demand has made it necessary to expand the production area to
4,208 m².
2023
Construction of the outdoor track layout
Construction of an external track system branching directly off the ÖBB line between Lambach and Gmunden. At the same time, the production area will be expanded to 2,558 m².

Launch of the Oil Manager
The company system7 rail support GmbH was founded in Linz. The shareholders include Dr. Lichtberger, Ing. Hofer and Venionaire Capital.
Start of the “Oil Manager” device for rail vehicles and buses as well as the Vehicle Tracking System “RaVeM”.
